About the Role

Are you a passionate engineer looking to build the future of data and AI? Join our team at Cloud Office. We are seeking a Senior Data and AI Engineer to help us design, build, and deploy robust data pipelines and AI systems. This role is a great fit for an experienced Software Engineer, Data Engineer, or Artificial Intelligence Engineer. You will play a key role in developing and maintaining our data infrastructure and helping us integrate cutting-edge AI technologies into our projects.

What You'll Do

Data Engineering: Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using Python and SQL.
Cloud Solutions: Help build and maintain our data architectures on various cloud platforms, with a focus on AWS and GCP.
AI/ML Integration: Work with our team to help operationalise machine learning models and explore the integration of Generative AI and LLMs.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver effective solutions.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in a data or software engineering role with a focus on data and AI solutions.
Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language like Java or Scala.
Solid understanding of SQL and experience with databases.
Experience with cloud platforms and their data services (e.g., AWS S3, GCP BigQuery).
Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark is a plus.
